parakeet beaks and reeling in the freaks

you know when i said if i could have any type of plastic surgery, i'd get my tummy cut off? well, add a nose job to my shopping list because i seriously think i broke my nose when i was in 5th grade and it's growing downwards. looking at my profile is not something i'm enjoying at the moment.

checking out the singles profiles has pretty much convinced me that i'm going to be alone for the rest of my life:

"Attractive, Athletic, Educated, Logical, Financially Stable, in touch with my emotions and ready to share all with that special gal. My joy will be from bonding over my/our home cooked meals, hiking, and sharing our hopes/fears/and insecurities. I ground myself through soccer and the Catholic church. Never afraid to introduce myself to a stranger, I am inclined to support those going through a life struggle. Sound to good to be real - then it's time to take a chance... "

ok, in his opening list of attributes, i do believe i saw the word EDUCATED. is that why homeboy can't spell and capitalizes words for no reason? and what does soccer have to do with the catholic church??

"handsome/cute 34 y/o single father of a 7y/o boy seeks a sweetheart to pamper and love. Im active, responsible, loving, caring, warm and nurturing. Stable (financially and emotionally = no excess baggage). Happy go lucky, open and honest, dont sweat the small stuff. I like cooking (desserts mainly), games, reading, talking, shopping. "

i'm sorry, no excess baggage? how about having a 7-year-old kid and most likely an ex wife or girlfriend? and how about giving me a complete sentence?

i don't think it's too hard to ask for someone who can spell, who has decent grammar, who doesn't use the phrases "fun-loving," "has a big heart," and something about hiking, the outdoors, movies, and just hanging out with friends. that tells me NOTHING!
